Each quarter the CFO reconciles the forecasted ROI of the deployed AI solutions against the efficiencies and adoption actually measured, using the Copilot Studio agent usage estimator. The estimator projects credit spend based on how the agent routes conversations and how long a typical agent session lasts. The GPT model version and average characters per message are not estimator inputs.
