1. Independent Study Aid — Not Affiliated With Microsoft

Cert Career is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, or otherwise connected to Microsoft Corporation or CompTIA, Inc. in any way. "Microsoft", "Azure", and Microsoft certification exam names/codes (such as "AI-103" and "AB-731") are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. "CompTIA" and "Security+" (including the exam code "SY0-701") are trademarks of CompTIA, Inc. All such marks are used nominatively solely to identify the examinations for which the Service helps you prepare. We claim no ownership of Microsoft's or CompTIA's trademarks.

2. Study Materials — Not Real Exam Questions

All practice questions, answer options, explanations, and mock examinations are independently authored by the Operator. They are not real, actual, leaked, or reproduced examination questions, and are not drawn from any official Microsoft examination. Any resemblance to actual examination content is coincidental and unintended.

3. No Guarantee of Passing

The Service is a preparation tool. Except for the express Pass Guarantee in our Refund Policy (which applies only where its conditions are met), we do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any examination, achieving any score, or obtaining any certification. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.

4. Accuracy and "As-Is" Caveat

We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate, but official objectives and formats change and may differ from our materials. The Service and content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are responsible for verifying current official requirements directly with Microsoft and its authorised testing providers (such as Pearson VUE).
