To qualify for a refund
- You hold paid access covering the exam in question (Exam Pass, Career Path or All-Access).
- You completed at least 80% of that exam's question bank in practice.
- You scored at or above the passing mark on at least 2 full timed mock exams.
- You sat the official exam within 90 days of your purchase.
- You submit your official Microsoft / Pearson VUE score report showing a fail.

To claim, email your official score report to support@certcareer.com with the subject “Pass Guarantee Claim” within 30 days of your exam. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Full terms are part of our Refund Policy.
