Azure Machine Learning is the platform purpose-built to build, train, test, and deploy machine-learning and predictive-analytics models. Azure Cosmos DB is a NoSQL database — it can store data a model uses, but it does not create models. Blob Storage holds files, and Logic Apps automates workflows; neither trains models.
You must recommend an Azure Storage redundancy option that copies data to a second, geographically separate region AND lets applications read the data from that secondary region at any time. Which option meets all of these requirements?

RA-GRS replicates your data to a paired region in a different geography and, unlike plain GRS, keeps the secondary region readable at all times — so apps can read from it even when the primary is healthy. GRS also copies to a second region but the secondary is not readable unless Microsoft initiates a failover. ZRS stays within one region (across availability zones), and LRS keeps all copies in a single datacenter.
